Trial Terms and Conditions

I understand that :

- Classes may alternate between online and in studio setting depending on class size. Trial may be online depending on class size.

- There is no refund should I cancel this booking or request for a different date after submission.

- I am booking a trial for the next available class session. Requests for other trial dates upon submission are subject to availability, if my requested date is not available and there is no other suitable slot, a refund will be issued.

- This class is an active program and that there is always a risk of an accident. Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class.

-All That Jazz Dance Academy does not carry medical insurance for its students. If an injury occurs it is understood that the participant’s own policy is their only source of reimbursement.
