Acro for Beginners
The Beginner Acro Dance class will focus on fundamental acrobatic moves with training in flexibility and in strength. This class teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration. Students will learn such things as Front and Back rolls, Headstands, Backbends, Cartwheels, etc. This class is strictly floor-work and does not perform any gymnastics with bars or beams. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, and strength while learning the basics of acrobatic dance.
