Trial Terms and Conditions

I understand that :

- I am booking a trial for the earliest available session.

- Requests for other trial dates upon submission are subject to availability (Re-scheduling of trials will only be allowed up to 2 times).

- There will be no refund should I cancel or fail to attend the initial or re-scheduled trials.

- This class is an active program and that there is always a risk of an accident. Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class.

- All That Jazz Dance Academy does not carry medical insurance for its students. If an injury occurs it is understood that the participant’s own policy is their only source of reimbursement.
