Our annual dance recital is a major event to motivate your child. It is something he or she will look back upon with pride but it is also a commitment. Because of the training involved, we attempt to create a professional attitude toward the recital. All is done to make this a pleasant and worthwhile experience for you and your child. To do this, we need your cooperation. Students and their parents who participate in the recital must understand and agree to the policies of the academy and this form serves as an official registration for the recital.
