I understand that : 1) Trials are charged at $35+ GST. There will be no refund should I cancel or fail to attend the initial or re-scheduled trials. This class is an active program and that there is always a risk of an accident. Parents, legal guardians of minor students, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class. All That Jazz Dance Academy does not carry medical insurance for its students. If an injury occurs it is understood that the participant’s own policy is their only source of reimbursement
