Founder & Director
Vicky Lee Ward is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher with a global career. Born in Malaysia and raised in Vancouver, Canada, she trained at London’s Urdang Academy, New York’s Broadway Dance Center, and Los Angeles’ The Edge and Millennium Dance Complex. A fully qualified teacher with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD, UK) for Ballet and ADAPT Syllabus (CAN) for Jazz,Tap and Ballet. Vicky has over two decades of teaching experience across Vancouver, London, New York, and Singapore. She holds an MA in Professional Practice (Arts Management) from Middlesex University, London.
Director of Classical Ballet
Brent Parolin is a Canadian-born dancer, teacher, coach, and choreographer with extensive international experience. He trained at Canada’s National Ballet School before advancing his studies at the John Cranko School in Stuttgart, Germany.
Brent has performed with leading companies such as Stuttgart Ballet and the National Ballet of Canada, showcasing works by renowned choreographers including John Cranko, Wayne McGregor, Crystal Pite, and George Balanchine.
Brent’s career also includes serving as a Ballettmeister with Deutsche Oper am Rhein, where he worked as a rehearsal director, choreographic assistant, coach, and teacher. With a Master of Arts in Ballet Pedagogy from Palucca University of Dance Dresden, Brent has taught around the world, sharing his expertise across Canada, Germany, Asia, and Singapore.
Brent brings a deep passion for dance education, creation, and performance to All That Jazz Dance Academy, inspiring the next generation of dancers.
Head of Ballet & Jazz
Amelia began her dance journey with gymnastics before transitioning to classical ballet and modern dance. She pursued pre-professional training at Singapore’s School of the Arts (SOTA) and graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts as a versatile dancer skilled in ballet, modern, contemporary, and jazz.
As a teacher, Amelia has worked with students across local and international schools, including Singapore American School and CHIJ Kellock, and has guided dancers and gymnasts in studios throughout Singapore. A certified ADAPT instructor for jazz and tap, she has successfully prepared students for exams, competitions, DSA programs, and overseas intensives.
Passionate about nurturing the next generation, Amelia strives to instill confidence, discipline, and values in her qstudents, empowering them to pursue their aspirations both in dance and beyond.
Head of Musical Theatre
Abigail, from England, began performing at the age of 2 in local dance festivals, competitions, and pantomimes. Trained in ISTD, RAD, and IDTA syllabi, she earned a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre and Dance from Bird College UK in 2016.
Her professional career includes roles as a singer/dancer at Universal Studios Japan and Universal Studios Singapore. Abigail has also taught at local dance schools in the UK and worked with North East Lincolnshire dance festivals between contracts.
Passionate about musical theatre and dance, Abigail is dedicated to inspiring and nurturing the next generation of performers.
Head of Street Dance
Afiqah discovered her passion for dance at 13, joining The Little Arts Academy’s Arts Incubation Programme and 10Square@Orchard Central’s Youth Division. A beneficiary of the Business Times Budding Artist Fund, she has performed at various events and festivals across Singapore, Japan, and China.
A graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts with a Diploma and BA (Hons) in Dance, Afiqah trained in jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and ballet, working with renowned artists such as Lee Jae-Young, Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company, and Kuik Swee Boon.
Afiqah is passionate about creating, performing, and mentoring the next generation of dancers, inspiring them to explore and grow in their craft.
Head of Contemporary
Contemporary, MT, Acro, Ballet, Jazz
Seng began his performing arts journey as a contemporary dancer with Frontier Danceland and Re: Dance Theatre Singapore before earning a BA in Dance and Musical Theatre from London’s Bird College. His notable credits include leading roles such as The Engineer in Miss Saigon International Tour and Iago in Disney’s Aladdin London, along with appearances in Disney’s Broadway Hits and BBC’s Children In Need.
Shifting to experimental theatre, Seng earned an MA in Theatre Lab from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), UK. He has performed in productions like
The Threepenny Opera and collaborated on original works with artists such as David Glass.
Since returning to Singapore in 2021, Seng has been passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of performers, sharing his wealth of experience from working with renowned companies like Warner Music, Disney Theatrical Group, and Cameron Mackintosh.

Chelsea, from Melbourne, Australia, is a versatile dancer and teacher with over 10 years of experience. She has performed professionally in Universal Studios Japan and South Korea and competed in dance competitions from the age of 8 through 18.
Chelsea holds a Qualification in Dance Teaching and Management and has taught the ATOD ballet examination syllabus, preparing students for competitions, exams, and performances.
Passionate about performing and teaching, Chelsea prides herself on being an “all-rounder” and is dedicated to inspiring creativity and confidence in her students.
Senior Teacher

Eva discovered her passion for dance in a neighborhood ballet class and has since grown into a dedicated educator and performer. A graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts with a BA (Hons) in Dance, she later earned her Professional Dancers’ Teaching Diploma from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and is a Registered Teacher.
Eva has extensive teaching experience in dance studios and schools, leading programs at Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary and Peirce Secondary, where her students earned accolades such as the Best Newcomer Award at Short+Sweet Penang. With experience working with special needs students at Pathlight School and teenagers at Singapore Girls’ Home, Eva brings a compassionate and inclusive approach to her teaching.

Benjy began his professional dance career at 16 after being talent-scouted by his teachers. Inspired by icons like Michael Jackson and Britney Spears, he specializes in Jazz and Hip-Hop, with experience in Contemporary, Lyrical, Latin, and ethnic styles.
He has won multiple awards, including Best Male Dancer at Singapore Best Dance Crew 2011 and 3rd place in Dance Crown of Honour 2009 at Genting Highlands. Benjy has performed in theatre productions such as Impak Maksima at The Esplanade and worked as a full-time swing performer at Universal Studios Singapore.
An experienced instructor, Benjy has led workshops at GiGi Art of Dance in South Jakarta and believes in helping dancers grow by exploring new ways of expression, forming fresh habits, and keeping an open mind.

Joaquim began her Classical Ballet journey at the age of 4, achieving the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Advanced 1 Vocational level and currently pursuing Advanced 2. A certified RAD teacher with nearly a decade of teaching experience, she has worked in preschools, kindergartens, private schools, and dance studios across Singapore.
Beyond ballet, Joaquim has excelled in Chinese and Modern dance, earning gold awards during her school years. She is also trained in the UK Rambert Contemporary Grades, specializing in Creative Dance for Early Years, where she fosters movement exploration in young children.
Joaquim is passionate about guiding each dancer’s journey, encouraging them to enjoy the process and develop confidence, passion, and resilience. She strives to create a transformative dance experience for her students.
Acro Program Leader
Acro, Contemporary
Born and raised in Colombia, Bryan began dancing at 4, training in salsa and tango before studying Ballet, Contemporary, and Folklore at the Colombian Institute of Classical Ballet (Incolballet), where he graduated in 2013.
He earned a scholarship to the Manhattan Youth Ballet (2014–2017) and later studied at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) in Singapore, graduating with distinction in 2020. Bryan has performed with companies such as Azoe Dance Company (Colombia) and Drye/Marinaro Dance Company (NYC) and worked with renowned choreographers like Earl Mosley, Matthew Rushing, and Deborah Wingert.
In Singapore, Bryan has collaborated with choreographers including Filomar Tario and Richard Chappell. With over 10 years of teaching experience in Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, and Acro, Bryan brings a wealth of international performance and teaching expertise to his students.

Thaddaeus began his dance journey at the age of 3, training in Jazz and Tap before moving into Ballet and Contemporary. A decorated competitive dancer, he has won over 16 golds at the Asia Pacific Dance Competition, 1st place at the Pre-Genee Singapore Nationals, and an Outstanding Dance Award at the Janet Cram Awards in London.
At 12, Thaddaeus joined the pioneering batch at SOTA, committing to a career in dance. By 15, he gained accelerated entry into Rambert School’s second year and graduated with a BA in Ballet and Contemporary Dance at 17.
Thaddaeus’s professional career began with Peter Schaufuss Balleten, where he rose to principal dancer over five seasons, performing in productions like Swan Lake and The Nutcracker. He has also been a soloist with the English National Ballet and National Contemporary Ballet.

Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, Henriette discovered her passion for ballet at the age of 6 and trained at the Norwegian National Ballet School, where she performed in iconic productions like Swan Lake and The Nutcracker. She earned a BA in Performing Arts from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts, with additional training at Canada’s National Ballet School and work as an understudy for Liam Scarlett’s Firebird.
Her career highlights include performing with the Norwegian National Ballet, Ballet Manila, and Tivoli Ballet Theatre, where she worked on The Nutcracker alongside Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. From 2019 to 2023, she danced with Singapore Dance Theatre, excelling in Corps de Ballet and soloist roles.
Henriette is excited to bring her wealth of experience to All That Jazz Dance Academy, where she aims to inspire and nurture the next generation of dancers.

A native of Singapore, Kimmie began her dance training at the age of 8. She studied at the School of the Arts, Singapore, and pursued her undergraduate degree at the prestigious Taipei National University of the Arts.
Kimmie has performed both locally and internationally, working with renowned choreographer Kuik Swee Boon of T.H.E Dance Company and gracing stages in Germany and the Netherlands with Dance Company Nanine Linning. Her experiences have taken her to stages around the world, showcasing her talent and versatility.
Kimmie is passionate about sharing her love for dance and inspiring the next generation of performers at All That Jazz Dance Academy.
Nicholas Leong

Nicholas began his dance journey at 13 and joined a professional contemporary dance company at 15. Over the past decade, he has performed at local and international festivals in countries such as Italy, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Initially trained in Modern and Contemporary dance, Nicholas expanded his repertoire to include Street Dance and Street Jazz, further developing his artistry and versatility.
Passionate about teaching, Nicholas aims to inspire the next generation of dancers by sharing his knowledge and experience while ensuring his classes are engaging and fun.

Hailing from Gold Coast, Australia, Poppi discovered her passion for dance and singing at the age of 4. After a childhood of performances, competitions, and excellence programs, she trained full-time at Dynamite Studios Academy, earning a Certificate IV in Dance and a Diploma of Musical Theatre.
Poppi worked as a dance teacher during her training and later performed as a Singer/Dancer at Universal Studios Singapore for two years. Known for her energetic stage presence and positive personality, she loves working with children and is excited to inspire the next generation of performers at All That Jazz Dance Academy.

Natalie began her formal dance training at the School of the Arts, Singapore, and continued at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts before earning a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from the London Contemporary Dance School. She also participated in an exchange program at the Conservatory of Dance at SUNY Purchase, broadening her artistic experience.
Throughout her training, Natalie has worked with renowned choreographers such as Jeffrey Tan, Shahrin Johry, Filomar Tariao, and Yukiko Masui. She has explored a wide range of dance styles and constantly seeks ways to refine her craft. In 2021, she obtained her RYT200 yoga certification, integrating yoga to complement her dance practice.
Natalie is passionate about sharing her knowledge and inspiring her students at All That Jazz Dance Academy.

Haiky holds a BA (Hons) in Theatre Arts from the University of Essex and began his career as a full-time performer at Universal Studios Singapore. His professional credits span music videos, commercials, television, film, and theatre, including roles such as Kaspar in Kaspar (M1 Fringe Festival), Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (British High Commission), and Krishna in Army Daze (NAFA).
An experienced instructor, Haiky has taught Drama, Musical Theatre, and Dance to children and adults at studios such as Evolve Arts and Act 3 International. Passionate about arts education, he strives to inspire young learners with positive values and a deep love for theatre and dance.

Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, Fang Yu began her dance journey at age five at Xiang Xu Dance Academy, where she trained in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern (Martha Graham), Chinese Dance, and Chinese Opera. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Taipei National University of the Arts, where she collaborated with renowned choreographers such as Bryan Arias, Leigh Warren, and Hwai-min Lin.
In 2017, Fang Yu was awarded a scholarship for an exchange program at SUNY Purchase in New York. She has performed internationally, including at the Korea International Dance Day and with Hung Dance Company, collaborating with Ex-Batsheva artist Mario Bermudez Gil.
As a passionate and experienced dance educator, Fang Yu is dedicated to enhancing her students’ skills and confidence while fostering a love for dance.

Gladys began her ballet training at the age of 6 at Raffles Girls’ Primary School and later earned a Diploma in Dance from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). She further refined her skills at Terry Simpson Studios in Adelaide, South Australia, studying under renowned instructors and completing the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Advanced 2 Vocational examination.
In addition to ballet, Gladys has trained professionally in contemporary, jazz, and pointe work, performing in productions like Third Space at the Esplanade. Passionate about teaching, she strives to inspire her students while nurturing values like endurance, determination, and resilience in the next generation of dancers.

Maggie is a teacher, choreographer, and performer with a diverse background in multiple dance styles. Trained at Jitterbugs Swingapore, she furthered her education at Patrick School of The Arts in Melbourne, earning a certificate in Performing Arts where she also performed and set choreography for stage productions.
Maggie has worked with prominent companies like Mediacorp Singapore, Fly Entertainment, and Toy Factory Productions. Her performance credits include Asia’s Got Talent, Getai, the Musical, Ah Boys to Men, The Great World Cabaret, and the prestigious Japan Dance Delight.
With over a decade of experience, Maggie is passionate about pushing the boundaries of dance education and creative direction. She strives to inspire her students to find authenticity and confidence in their artistic voices.
